The Preserve at Somers resource and information web site

The Preserve at Somers resource and information web site - Please see the following web site for The Preserve at Somers.

The Preserve at Somers is a 300 acre wooded wonderland, 1/2 of the site remains natural and undeveloped. The 188 homes on 1/2 - 1.25 acre lots have been grouped together into several discrete sections. Surrounding each area of homes are expansive vegetation buffers through which numerous streams flow and several ponds glisten. Centuries old stone walls run through the property.

There is also a delightful walking trail amid the gently rolling topography which connects to the Westchester - Putnam trailway systems. The roads, most of which culminate into cul-de-sacs, have been dedicated as town roads.

There are 7 different home models, having 2 possible designs for each model.
